CARDAN TYPE SUSPENDED CONVEYORS

The fact that cardan type conveyors can move in X, Y and Z axes provides an advantage over other conveyor types.
Conveyor rails are made of sheet metal and electrostatic powder coated outside. Rails are mounted to each other by means of flanges with bolt nut connection. The chain is made of qualified sheet steel and heat treated so that problems such as wear and elongation are minimised. Bearings are C3 clearance bearings for high temperature operation.
The drive station ensures quiet and vibration-free movement. The torque limiter in the drive station prevents damage to the conveyor drive motor by cutting the conveyor circuit in case of jamming.
Lubrication is done automatically, which provides convenience.
Speed controlled electrical panel is included in the system according to the nominal plant speed.
