Repress puller
The independently driven re-pressing pullers developed by NUCLEUS ensure high-quality
smooth seams and allow the weld seams to be re-pressed and cooled. The propulsion and activation of the puller can be easily operated via the machine's touch interface. The pullers enable the seam to be re-pressed
which significantly increases the seam strength. This is a decisive advantage
especially for materials with high inherent dynamics
Wear reduction
For particularly thick materials or substances that require a lot of pressure and energy for cutting/separating
the sonotrode must withstand very high loads. Despite the enormous hardness
this can lead to the hardened sonotrode surface breaking. The legally protected NUCLEUS-FFW-CUT system offers a solution that saves both money and time. This wear-reducing device distributes the pressure of the cutting wheel over the entire surface of the sonotrode
thus ensuring a maximum service life for the sonotrode
